Refund policy

In Store Policy - NO REFUNDS. Exchange or store credit only. Items are FINAL SALE after 14 days of purchase. All items returned must have original tags attached and be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed. Shoes must be unworn with no damage to the shoes or the original shoe box. Intimates, bodysuits, onesies, jewelry, and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

Online Policy - Refunds are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.  Shipping will not be refunded. After 14 days, a STORE CREDIT will be issued.  In order to receive a refund, you must contact the store at shopbaileylane@gmail.com. Bailey Lane is not responsible for return shipping.  All items returned must have tags attached and be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed. Event Tickets - Non-refundable due to limited seating, instructor scheduling, and event preparation costs. Tickets may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.
